PostNL plans to open the Almere-based parcel-sorting center in March 2019. The centre will serve the regions Almere, ‘t Gooi and Lelystad and offers employment for about 400 people.The new center marks another step in the expansion of the PostNL logistics network. In late 2018, the company will start using three recently-opened centers, which are based in Amsterdam, Apeldoorn and Venlo.
